We are excited to tell you about our new Rare Earth single origin offering, the Ethiopia Limu Daye Bensa. Perhaps lesser known than other coffee producing regions of Ethiopia, plantations in Limu have existed and been producing Arabica coffee for decades. Over the years, the quality of production and skills of the farmers and washing stations have increased resulting in consistency, subtle floral flavors and a lemony acidity.
This bright, medium bodied washed coffee comes from the still remote region, benefits from the shade provided by large swaths of tropical rain forest and fertile soil. Check it out!
